I have not had any of the negative experiences expressed regarding this clock. We have had the clock for about a year. All the colors are distinct. Some are brighter than others...which I like. My daughter uses it in place of a nightlight, but when I want a darker room for baby brother to sleep, I just press the top for a color not so bright. Now my eldest son wants the same clock. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

cool clock, just what i expected, my wife loves it. great produt! Gotta love the color changing feature. Comes only with a 110v adapter, however, you can get one somewhere else, in case you need a 220v adapter.
